Come up with a detailed plan with code implementations that can be executed by another AI. The plan must be production ready and apply to the current state of the project.
Once the plan is approved create a detailed readme for the plan and place it in the readmes folder.
Copy one of these into your project. Installing also returns the manifest and these snippets.
