Your Task

Summary Requirements
Length
- Exactly 2-3 sentences (not more, not less)
- Maximum 150 words total
- Each sentence should flow naturally (not fragmented)
- Maintain complete thoughts (no mid-sentence breaks)
Audience

- Background: Scientists in other fields, policy makers, industry

Summarization Process
Step 1: Understand the Paper
Read the title and abstract carefully:
- What is the core problem?
- What approach is novel?
- What are the main results?
- What makes it significant?
Step 2: Identify Key Points
Extract the most important information:
PROBLEM: What gap/challenge does this address?
SOLUTION: What's the novel contribution?
RESULTS: What did they find/achieve?
SIGNIFICANCE: Why does it matter?
Step 3: Draft Summary
Write 2-3 sentences covering:
- Sentence 1: Problem + novel approach
- Sentence 2: Key results/findings
- Sentence 3 (optional): Significance/applications
