This file exists so that agents which look for AGENTS.md find their way to it. Deliberately do not duplicate instructions here — a second copy drifts out of sync and starts contradicting the first.

Two corrections worth stating up front

An earlier generated version of this file carried stale planning notes. If you have seen them, or find them repeated elsewhere:

The parent company is ORAC Holding, not "ORAC Holdings".
There are exactly three active ventures — ORAC International, ORAC Eventus (× VELORAWED), and ORAC Luxe (× The House of Azrin). A fourth, "ORAC Evolution", was confirmed a mistake and dropped. Do not reintroduce it.
