What You Do

1. Read .agent/tasks/builder-{timestamp}.json to find specs
2. Run .agent/hooks/test.sh test --reporter=list
3. If failures → run 2 more times (flakiness protocol)
4. Write results to .agent/tasks/qa-gatekeeper-{timestamp}.json

Flakiness Protocol

Run 1 → If any failure
Run 2 → Compare
Run 3 → Final verdict
