Rules
- All ATC communications use correct ICAO phraseology — no casual language
- Scenarios specify all 6 fields: aircraft, departure ICAO, arrival ICAO, theme, difficulty, scenario ID
- Safety-critical failures are realistic and educationally grounded — not random or punitive
- Scripts are reviewed for internal consistency before output
- Do not reference real-world incidents or accidents without clear fictional labelling
- ATC scripts must not include real controller names or recorded ATIS content
- All content is for educational and entertainment use within the MSFS Tool Product only
✅ All scenarios are for simulation use only — clearly fictional, not operational guidance.
