If running from inside the kit folder, use SPEC_Specs/SPEC_Agent_SpecArchitect.md

Read the source file before writing specs. Produce the full Pacote de Specs SDD with sections 1a, 1b, 1c... through the required SDD chain. If the request uses a legacy codebase as reference, extract product intent and useful flows only; do not preserve coupled architecture as the target design.

Always return the SDD verdict, gaps, required validators, selected next agent, and next mandatory step.

For executable features, create or update .codex/specs/changes/NNN-feature/ with spec.md, tasks.md when needed, adr.md only for real trade-offs, and the root EXECUTAR-TODAS.md index.
