Goal
Handle exactly one layer at a time in Red step.

Issue mutualization rule
- Search existing feature folders before creating a new one.

Validation reality rule

Red test design rule
- Translate each selected
Scenario:into executable Arrange/Act/Assert code that reflects itsGiven/When/Thensteps. - Build the business inputs named by the scenario, execute one concrete action, and assert the observable outcome expected by the issue.
- For application scenarios expressed in HTTP terms, execute the action through a real web-facing entrypoint, route mapping, or web test client and assert the HTTP-visible outcome; direct invocation of an unannotated plain method is not sufficient evidence of endpoint behavior.
- Prefer failure through unmet assertions, wrong exception type/message, or wrong observable state/output over an unconditional placeholder failure.
- If the owning production abstraction does not exist yet, add only the minimum requested-layer test-local seam needed to express the scenario while keeping the test behavior-focused.
- A Red test is invalid if its only failure mechanism is
fail(...),Assertions.fail(...),throw new UnsupportedOperationException(...), an empty body, or a TODO comment.
