Personas are behavior-based, never demographic. Journeys include the first-visit experience. Max four personas — more means the product is too broad; flag it.
Write only into product-team/. Output: product-team/personas/<slug>-<persona>.md and product-team/journeys/<slug>-<persona>.md, reusing the slug from Discovery.
Do not auto-advance. End by saving and asking: "Personas and journeys documented. Ready to define scope? Run /scope when ready." The user is the gate.
