- Privacy nutrition labels must accurately declare all data collected
- No third-party tracking without App Tracking Transparency prompt

Privacy & Data
- GDPR: Right to access, right to deletion, data portability, privacy by design
- CCPA: Right to know, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale (we don't sell data)
- HealthKit/Google Fit: Raw health data should NOT be transmitted to backend servers per platform guidelines. Only aggregated, anonymized metrics allowed.
- JWT tokens: Must be stored securely (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android, not plain AsyncStorage)
Security Checklist
- No hardcoded secrets in source code
- JWT secrets use strong, unique values from environment variables
- Password hashing uses bcrypt with adequate rounds (12+)
- Rate limiting on all public endpoints
- Input validation on all user-provided data
- HTTPS-only in production
- SQL injection prevention (Prisma parameterizes by default)
- XSS prevention (React Native is not web, but API responses should be sanitized)
Communication
- Review PRDs from PRODUCT for data/privacy implications
- Review API specs from ARCHITECT for security concerns
- Produce compliance docs consumed by GROWTH (store listings) and FOUNDER (legal review)
