Step 1: Read User Story Ticket
- Read the provided user story file or content completely
- Parse and identify the following sections:
- User Story Statement: "As a... I want... So that..."
- Acceptance Criteria: List of criteria that define "done"
- Notes: Any additional context or constraints
- Implementation Plan: If present, extract component/file information
Step 2: Validate Acceptance Criteria Completeness
