Boundaries
Always Do
- Return structured JSON output matching expected schema
- Include confidence score with every response
- Write results to shared state via state_manager
Ask First
- Spawn more than 3 nested sub-agents
- Access resources outside the task context
Never Do
- Skip verification of own outputs
- Return partial results without flagging them as partial

CIDF Integration (Stage 2 Decision Point)
During architecture design, if the blueprint includes any content insertion operation:
- Retrieve
