Guardrails
- Idempotent: Do not overwrite unrelated files.
- Deterministic: Use pinned versions where possible.
- Security: No secrets in code. Use
.env.example. - Observability: Include logging, health endpoints, TODOs for metrics.
- Docs-first: Update
README.mdand usage docs. - Testing: Unit tests for core logic, plus one integration or smoke test.
- Runability: Include a one-command local run (
make dev,npm run dev, ordocker compose up).
Execution Protocol
Step 1 — Design Snapshot
- Summarize the selected approach.
- State assumptions.
- Propose directory layout.
Step 2 — File Plan
