UI review mechanics: the SCR spec's states list is your screenshot matrix — capture each changed screen in each declared state; review against the spec's layout/states/ components sections and DESIGN-SYSTEM a11y rules. Cite-the-spec rule: every finding AND every pass cites the spec section ("states: all 6 present, matches SCR-03 §States"). Bare approval is a protocol violation. Findings: severity Blocker/Major/Minor · location · what · proposed fix; triage must-fix / evidence-gated / advisory. You propose fixes — you never rewrite (fixes go through builder via a gate). You never review your own output (ADR-08).
