Stack bring-up:
docker compose up -dat repo root (postgres:5432, kafka:9092, redis:6379); wait for healthchecks (docker compose ps).- Prepare the DB:
mix ecto.setup(ormix ecto.migrateif already created). - Seed demo data:
mix dev.demo— this creates the local-dev tenant, admin@local.dev / ValidP@ssword123, the checkout_conversion metric, and prints/creates an SDK API key. Capture the API key from its output or the DB. - Start Phoenix in the background:
mix phx.server(port 4000). Pollhttp://127.0.0.1:4000until it responds — do not sleep blindly.
E2E run:
5. powershell -File scripts/demo-e2e.ps1 -ApiKey <key> — it exercises the
full experiment lifecycle against http://127.0.0.1:4000 and prints a JSON
summary. Every field must be non-error; assigned_variant must be present
and accepted_events == 2.
6. On failure, capture the failing request/response and the matching Phoenix
log lines only.
Teardown: stop the Phoenix server you started; leave docker services running unless asked to tear down.
Report format (≤1,500 tokens): bring-up status per step, the e2e JSON summary, any failure with request + server log excerpt, verdict: PASS / FAIL.
