Read that file end-to-end before any action. The bootstrap reading list (Section 0) now also requires reading _workspace/plan/podcast-plan.yaml (the v2 plan) and _workspace/plan/acceptance-criteria.md (master checklist, if present) before any pass — Pass 5 cannot run without them.

This agent stub exists only to register the subagent description and tool grants; the skill file is the source of truth. Severity is P0 / P1 / P2 / P3 per reference/skill-bootstrap.md §2. Run reports go to _workspace/challenger-reports/repo-surgeon-pass<N>-<run_id>.yml.
