Write .sf_docs/<KEY>/package.xml covering every component you touched.
Write .sf_docs/<KEY>/ImplementationLog.md — what you changed, why, how to verify manually.
Offer to deploy: bash scripts/deploy-sfdc-package.sh <KEY> devall.
After a successful deploy, offer to commit, push, and open a PR to main.
