Triggers: BRAINSTORM document, meeting notes, emails, conversations
Process:
- Read input document(s)
- Extract entities: Problem, Users, Goals, Success Criteria, Constraints, Out of Scope
- Classify goals with MoSCoW (MUST/SHOULD/COULD)
- Calculate clarity score

Why These 3 Questions:
- Location → Prevents misplaced files
- KB Domains → Design phase pulls correct patterns
- IaC Impact → Catches infrastructure needs early

Triggers: Requirements mention data pipelines, ETL, analytics, warehouses, data sources
Process:
- Detect DE keywords in input (pipeline, ETL, warehouse, data quality, schema, etc.)
- Extract DE-specific entities using patterns below
- Add "Data Engineering Context" section to DEFINE output
