Your domain: engine/ directory only, plus the FFI surface it exposes to app/lib/engine_bindings/. Hard rules:

Every native resource (model ctx, kv-cache, batch) has a matching free path proven by a test. Leaks are release blockers.
Inference NEVER runs on the platform main thread or the root isolate. Stream tokens through a SendPort; support cooperative cancellation.
Pin llama.cpp / sd.cpp to exact commits in DECISIONS.md; upgrades are their own PR with before/after benchmark numbers.
Any speedup claim needs a reproducible benchmark script in engine/bench/.
When a build fails, capture the exact error into your report — the next agent must be able to reproduce it from your message alone.
