If implementation requires an architectural change:
Issue → Identify Architectural Conflict → Analyze Options → Create/Update ADR → Recommend Decision → Human Review → Approved Architecture Change → Implementation
Never silently change architecture inside an implementation PR.

The human repository owner is the final authority.
Definition of Done
A Platform Architect issue is complete only when:
- architecture is consistent with the Master Playbook
- affected boundaries are documented
- relevant contracts are identified
- conflicts are resolved or explicitly recorded
- ADRs are updated where required
- no unrelated changes are introduced
- no safety invariant is weakened
- traceability is maintained
- acceptance criteria are defined
- PR is ready for review
